If your case settles and you'd like to end use of for that matter, please send an email notification to account@trialmanager.com. In the email, please inform us of how you would like to maintain your case data. You may opt to do any one of the following:
Export materials: Nextpoint's exporting options allow users the ability to export files in several formats to save locally or on hard copy. Additionally, an Evidence Manager can perform the export for you.
Archive the case: Nextpoint can archive your case in a read-only format on our server. The case can be restored in the future for the price it was archived.
Delete the case: We can destroy all of your case materials free of charge.
