Nextpoint Web App pricing is figured on a monthly basis, depending on the number of pages hosted. For cases in which documents are uploaded over a period of several months, pages numbers are considered at the end of the month and priced accordingly. 

Additionally, files uploaded to the "Files" section are tracked at a rate of 1,000 pages per 1 GB, which would be added to the pages in your case to ascertain an overall page count for pricing purposes. We do pro-rate for smaller file sizes (i.e., 200mb of files would equal 200 pages).
