Users can export both designation clips and documents to TrialDirector.

Designation clips created in Nextpoint can be exported as .css files for upload to TrialDirector. The clips are created according to Labels and Issues in Nextpoint. The export can be performed by selecting “Line Summary” in the single deposition view. Once imported into TrialDirector, the clips will need to be fine-tuned for a proper sync.

To export documents to TrialDirector, select the docs to export, then click the “Export” dropdown and select “Export Files”. Then in the pop up window, choose “Data Export” and “OLL” and a zip file with the documents and a TrialDirector load file will be created.  It’s a very simple process and TrialManager will export the files into just the format that TrialDirector needs. It is just as, if not more, seamless than an export/import from Concordance.
