Hyperlinks cannot currently be created in depositions; however, a deponent or witness can be linked with a document/exhibit via our custom tagging feature. Users can create a custom tag field in Settings and, once in the Documents tab, add the corresponding deponent or witness in the tag field.  Those custom fields are, of course, searchable through filtering or via full-text search using the “field:value” query. Hence, you could create a tag field called “Deponent,” add “Jones” to the applicable documents in the tag field, and later run a search on Deponent:Jones to return all of these documents.
